James gained his primary medical qualification in 1991 from The University of Liverpool. He has been a fellow
of the Royal College and Surgeons of England since 1995, passing
the intercollegiate exam in General Surgery in 2001. |
His main areas of interest are in :
Laparoscopic colorectal surgery - cancer and benign conditions, with enhanced recovery.
Anal fistula surgery
Rectal bleeding/piles and fissure.
Anal incontinence and constipation.
Colonoscopy and gastroscopy.

He was accredited to perform laparoscopic colorectal surgery by the National laparoscopic colorectal surgery training program in 2012. |
